I was 18 when I moved to Ashland to attend the University; it was love at first sight. Ashland’s proximity to wildlands makes it an ideal community for hiking, riding bikes on our trails and skiing our snowy slopes. Our close-knit community and great schools makes Ashland an ideal place for raising children.

Ashland is also a terrific place to start and grow a business. Twelve years ago True South Solar opened its doors with three employees, today it employs 22. As a small business owner, working with community members, city staff, and state and federal regulatory agencies, I have unique insight into best-practices for getting projects across the finish line.
